We are currently searching for a Therapy Specialist for our Advanced Surgery business unit for Centro Italia Area. **SUMMARY** You will be responsible for providing training & product promotion to Hospital operating room nurses, in close coordination with the sales team, for their promotional activity and operating room presence. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**: - Training & Promotional activities focused on Hospital´s operating room nurses.
- Attend and organize hospital training,



wetlabs, congresses, educational projects.
- Report their daily professional activity, through Baxter´s systems & devices, aligned with Advanced Surgery highlights.
- Implement and support roll out of clinical messaging campaigns in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams.
- Work alongside the sales & marketing teams to develop, provide and maintain high quality and effective promotional & training programs for operating room nurses.
- Proactively drive appropriate initiatives at local level, to improve customer´s products knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of Hospitals nurses. (Specifically for targeted specialties).
- Maintain vigilance for competitor activities and ensure that sales & marketing team members are immediately informed of new findings
- Operate within Baxter Policies. **WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Scientific degree required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operating room assistance
- Avalaibility to travel
