As a Tender Office Specialist, you will: - Coordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.




- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Maintain and update a database of all tender-related information and documents.
- Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Efficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives. **What you'll bring**:
To be successful in this role, you should have: - Previous experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of the tender process and healthcare market dynamics.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
