Company Description We are looking for an HR Manager Retail for a major Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.
The candidate will be responsible for all HR-related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, and Administration, as well as Legal Issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Retail Manager to support the business and implement the Store Business action plan
Recruit and conduct screening interviews for store staff positions and make recommendations for new hires
Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and forecast/budget process
Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with employees
Manage HR disciplinary actions in partnership with Store and Retail Management
Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Retail HR activities, preferably in the Fashion sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong experience in Retail HR activities – Fashion sector
Ability to act according to the Brand values
