Retail Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
Sales & Business Growth
Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
