For the Kings World Cup Clubs in Milan, we are looking for a Freelance Communication Manager to support local and international media operations throughout the tournament.

Based in Milan
Project‐based assignment covering the preparation, execution, and wrap‐up of the event
Availability required during the full event period, including match days, media activities, and key stakeholder engagements
Main Responsabilities




Lead local media relations and execute the local communications PR plan.
Implement and track the global communications strategy in alignment with headquarters.
Manage crisis communications, including execution, tracking, and reporting.
Create, update, and oversee communication materials (press releases, media kits, presentations).
Manage relationships with media, content creators, and other stakeholders.
Develop and activate the content creator ecosystem to strengthen Kings League communications through the community.
Plan and support PR events and digital content initiatives.
Collaborate with communications and digital teams on content creation, distribution, and strategic messaging.
Track, report on, and analyze communication activities and results to inform strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in communications, PR, med
