Experteer Overview In this role, you will underwrite new and renewal A&H; business and multinational programmes, contributing to portfolio growth and profitability. You'll work with the Milan-based team to shape local underwriting strategy, strengthen broker relationships, and support product development. You will engage in portfolio optimization and cross‐functional collaboration to enhance the A&H; offering. This is an opportunity to influence local markets while operating within the broader Sompo A&H; agenda.

Develop and maintain relationships with key brokers and clients
Solicit business opportunities and support product development in A&H;




Participate in portfolio management activities and new product initiatives
Responsabilità 5+ years of professional experience
Proven track record in underwriting profitable business
Excellent networking and relationship skills with clients and brokers
Sound knowledge of the local A&H; market
Experience in underwriting Private Medical Insurance policies and/or multinational programmes (essential)
