**ROLE & RESPOSNABILITY**
- Responsible for the on-site investigations (Complaints)
- Responsible of the action plan definition and verification on the basis of the root cause analysis
- Traceability documentation collection (mock up & product recall, Audit, etc) **ACTIVITY**
- Ensure the Investigation, primarily con Client Complaints to determine the true root cause analysis
- Ensure the definition of Action Plan to address and resolve the failure causes highlighted by the root cause analysis
- Finalize the traceability of products from Raw Materials (RMs) to Finished Goods(FGs) and from FGs to RMs in case of mock up exercise, product recall or Client’s requests Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato Retribuzione: €23.716,64 - €47.887,53 all'anno Vantaggi: - Cellulare aziendale
