Senior Business Controller

To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e‐mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC) as well as e‐mobility and Rail Traction under Hitachi owned COET business.
How you'll make an impact:
Responsibility for the financial performance, financial processes and internal controls of GCoC comprising of manufacturing and projects business in Italy and Switzerland
Finance Business Partnering to COET General Manager and the Management Team
Leading finance teams in Italy and Switzerland
Responsibility for the financial control of tenders and projects through efficient risk reviews, project reviews and other governance measures
Support strategic, business development and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
Your background:
A master's degree in business administration, finance or accounting
10+ years of experience in the areas of business, finance,



operational controlling and accounting in manufacturing or / and project environment ideally in an international company
Strong financial management, people leadership and communication skills
Change agent, can do attitude
Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems
Fluent in English and Italian
