Project Manager – Impianti Fotovoltaici Industriali

The Technical & Engineering team at Adecco Italia Spa seeks an Electrical Engineer – Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy / Project Manager – Industrial Photovoltaic Plants on behalf of an expanding ESCo headquartered in Torino.

Specialized in transition energy projects, the company designs and builds industrial photovoltaic plants and custom energy efficiency solutions for businesses, public administrations, and private customers.
Attività principali
The candidate will work in the Industrial team responsible for designing and implementing photovoltaic plants nationwide. Responsibilities include managing the complete project cycle, from preliminary study to commissioning, focusing on electrical design, operational coordination, and project management.
Degree in Energy, Electrical or Civil Engineering (or at least 3 years of photovoltaic design experience)




A minimum of 2 years of experience designing electrical components for industrial photovoltaic plants (>100 kW)
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and electrical design software
Experience in handling authorisation procedures
Experience in technical site inspections and construction site operations
Project Management skills:
Planning of activities and schedules
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Managing suppliers and contractors
Monitoring work progress, costs, and deadlines
Autonomous, organized, dynamic, and eager to learn
Permanent contract (CCNL Commercio Confcommercio 2 livello IMPIEGATO; welfare 2000€, variable production premio, and health services fund)
