Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry . The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Main Duties
- Carry out routine maintenance and repair works in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
- Inspect equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire & life safety) to ensure proper operation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in identifying and reporting technical faults and safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.




- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Support inventory control of materials and spare parts.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a hotel environment .
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
