Linde AMT Italy S.r.l. – Mechatronic Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) – Novara, Italy | req29155 Responsibilities
Handle routine and emergency maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery
Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Support maintenance of automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance
Manage equipment monitoring to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standards
Carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
Prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation
Qualifications
Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately, and use diagnostic and measurement tools confidently
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation; knowledge of Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU
Available to work shifts and a strong safety-oriented mindset
Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration across teams; effective English communication
Familiarity with MaintainX or similar CMMS tools; experience contributing to root cause analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to join First Aid and Fire Safety response teams
Benefits
Compensation: Gross annual salary €25.000–€35.000, €10 meal vouchers per working day, employment regulated by the CCNL Metalmeccanico (CNEL C011).
