Lexroom in Turbigo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build their Spanish customer base. You will be the first dedicated hire for this market, owning the customer portfolio from onboarding to renewal, and adapting the Italian playbook.
A strong candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or account management in a SaaS environment, fluent in Spanish and English, with a commercial mindset. The role offers hybrid work and comprehensive benefits.
