Commercial Back Office Assistant
We are a clothing manufacturer with a well‐established presence in Italy and abroad.
To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a candidate to join us as an internal CRM specialist, responsible for back‐office activities supporting both the Italian and international markets.
Responsibilities
Managing communications with Italian and international B2B clients
Entering and monitoring orders in the company management system
Coordinating shipments and providing logistical support
Updating and verifying customer records and commercial terms
Supporting the sales team in preparing offers, documentation, and follow‐ups
Handling post‐sales requests and customer assistance
Checking payment status and performing reminder and credit recovery activities
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service
Required Qualifications




Previous experience in commercial back office or customer service roles
Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory requirement)
Good knowledge of German (preferred)
Accuracy, organizational skills, and customer orientation
Familiarity with management systems and digital tools
Team‐oriented mindset and strong communication skills
