Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Thermaline Competence Center, shaping technical accommodations for global kitchen projects. You collaborate with R&D;, production and sales to deliver feasible, optimal Thermaline solutions for hotels, caterers and marine applications. You will present solutions to customers, support product development, and help drive cross‐functional execution. This position offers impact through technical leadership and close customer interaction within a sustainability‐minded organization.
Responsibilities Prepare technical offers and drawings after feasibility checks with R&D; and production
Collaborate with sales companies and end customers to select optimal Thermaline solutions
Facilitate product presentations and factory tours during customer visits
Support Thermaline product manager and R&D; in product development initiatives




Qualifications Experience in professional kitchen design
Technical knowledge and interest
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong problem‐solving and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office programmes
In‐depth knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit preferred
Customer oriented with a multicultural mindset
Independent and autonomous; proactive; hands‐on
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
