**Role Description**:
The Supply Planner will be responsible for planning and managing the procurement and distribution activities of materials required for production. This key figure will ensure that materials are available in a timely and efficient manner, optimizing costs and minimizing production disruption risks. **Main Responsibilities**: - Supply Planning: to analyze replenishment needs to determine procurement needs.
- Inventory Management: to monitor inventory levels and evaluate strategies to maintain an optimal balance between stock and demand.
- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate production needs, and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in procurement and distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics,



and purchasing teams to ensure smooth communication and integrated operations management.
- Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to monitor supplier performance and procurement processes and make informed decisions. **Requirements**: - Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail in managing daily activities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong internal relationships
- Analytical Skills and good excel
