Experience in employee relations, labour relations, or labour/employment Italian law - Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Labour Relations or MBA. - Fluent in both spoken and written Italian and English (CEFR, C2) in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in distribution, logistics and/or transportation industries
- Excellent analytical skills, flexibility and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate complex, international organizational structures.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Fast comprehension and high judgment
- Experience working with third-party contractor workforces
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
