International Field Operations Officer

NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of International Field Operations Officer (maternity leave cover)
- In collaboration with Area Managers, support operational activities (fairs, events, visitation plans, online activities, etc.),
- Manage the agencies network and assures its expansion and development.
- Support the international enrollment team in the organization of on campus, off campus and online recruitment and marketing events and facilitates the admissions process.
- Respond to Agents questions related to students recruited during their activities in the field;
- Support the organization, coordination and execution of visits of potential students, career counsellors and Agents. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in the sales field
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Degree in business or a related field
- Good knowledge of English Contract: Maternity leave cover Compensation to be defined Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo)
