- Today, the Babolat is made up of almost 450 employees around the world. We're currently looking for our Brand Activation Officer, for a permanent contract position to join our team based at BABOLAT Italy in Milan. **Vos challenges***:
**Your challenges**:
**Digital communication**: - Follow up of the Italian FB/IG accounts in coordination with the agency
- Digitization of coach contracts
- Animation of our partners in the social networks
- Influencers recruitment **Coach / Player Sponsorship**: - To manage the sponsorship contracts (together with the Customer Service) of the Coaches and the Players
- Follows the order process for Players and Coaches products
- Together with the Marketing Manager and Country Manager to determine the best recruiting strategies for Players **Development of the Babolat brand on the territory**: - Animate the territorial network using the various operational marketing tools available in physical POS, on the web (web banners) and in tournaments in which the brand is partner **Events related to Players / Products (physical and digital)**: - Organizes the demo days (in collaboration with the POS)
- Organizes the launch of the new products that Babolat will present on the market
- Attending to national most important tennis/padel tournaments **Votre profil***: - Expertise: - At least 1 years experience required in a similar role
- Minimum High school degree, graduate is a plus
- Master IT tools (ERP use and Microsoft Office)
- Social media and communication skills- Good Knowledge of the world of tennis/padel in Italy (tournaments, clubs, juniors)
- Operational English is required
