As a **Payroll Trainee**in Valeo VHG Italy, in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment. **Mission**:
Administrative support
- Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
- Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required
- Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates...)
- Support the Valeo Employee Service (VES) on Time & Payroll monthly duties
- Support VES on Welfare & Shares monthly administration




- Support VES on Labour Costs activities HR Projects
- Support VES projects (ADP Revolution, Workday Digitalizations, Concur implementation) **Desired skills and experience**: - Bachelor/Master Degree Labor Consultancy, Law or Economics
- Fluent English
