Experteer Overview As Head of After Sales, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of automated and integrated after‐sales services. You'll shape the regional after‐sales strategy, coordinate networked maintenance and field service, and collaborate with brands, suppliers and HQ to improve profitability and customer value. This role combines strategic planning with hands‐on execution to elevate service quality and readiness across the commercial pipeline. You will drive modernization, value‐added services, and growth opportunities while aligning with the Group's vision.

Develop and coordinate a regional service network (maintenance and field service)

Define and drive After‐Sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends
Develop modernization, upgrades, and value‐added service offerings
Support brands in positioning and executing After‐Sales offerings
Identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross‐sell) to increase service revenue
Implement service performance tracking and reporting systems
Ensure service readiness (training, spare parts, tools) in line with the sales pipeline
Responsibilities 5+ years' experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, mobile automation or comparable industry
Proven leadership in project‐led, solutions‐based sales environments
Strong background in the after‐sales business
Excellent negotiation skills and customer‐centric mindset
Strong analytical and project management capability
Degree‐level education in engineering, economics or equivalent industry experience
Fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for 50% of the time
