Experteer Overview Join KPMG's Finance Transformation and EPM team to shape finance redesigns for Italian and international clients. You will work on redefining EPM strategies, building performance models with CFO input, and implementing modern planning and budgeting solutions. You'll engage with top EPM providers, assess automation benefits, and help set up Finance 4.0 governance and skills. This role offers exposure to large-scale disruption projects and cross-functional collaboration for measurable impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Redefine EPM strategies for leading clients and assist CFOs in redesigning performance models
Design and configure EPM solutions to support finance and business processes with top providers
Define and implement budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning,



S&OP; and product costing processes
Assess automation benefits via business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
Define organisational structure, skills, training plans, and timelines for Finance 4.0 realization
Responsabilità Master in Business Administration (or Engineering Management)
2–3 years of experience in similar roles (industry or consulting)
Excellent English Proficiency (study/work abroad preferred)
Strong problem solving, goal-orientation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Comfort in fast-changing environments with leadership potential
