CEME Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit in Trivolzio. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to enhance organizational performance by aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will provide guidance on people-related matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple regions.
Applicants should have a degree in relevant fields, at least 10 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of HR practices. A competitive salary range between €75,000 and €85,000 gross is offered.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally across multiple locations is required.
