YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Participates in the definition of the product roadmap.
- Defines the business plan, concept, and detailed marketing specifications for new products.
- Leads project management for new product development, industrialization, and market introduction.
- Conducts market analysis (including competitors, regulations, and consumer needs).
- Manages the product range.
- Oversees product certification.
- Provides technical training for internal staff, such as local product managers, as well as for customers.
- Prepares launch materials for the press, markets, and customers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a similar role in medium-large multinational companies.
- Strong technical background, science graduate.
- Knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written language.
