**Are you fluent in French and passionate about Talent Acquisition?** We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented **French-speaking Recruiter** to join our dynamic **global Talent Acquisition team.** You will be joining an **international team of recruiters**, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The Talent Acquisition function is **global**, giving you the opportunity to contribute to cross-border projects and support hiring needs across multiple countries. **What You’ll Do**: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in drafting job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional tasks as needed. **What You’ll Need**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, foreign languages or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in **French** **(essential)** and a strong command of **English**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate in a workgroup whose activities are directed towards multinational and multicultural environments;
- Desire to get involved and to share innovative ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
