Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem‐solving attitude, the ability to work in a team‐oriented environment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities
Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination.
Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management.
Provide technical service support.
Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Flexibility to handle new tasks.
