In this role you will lead and shape the company's people strategy, aligning talent management with business priorities. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Reward & Incentive, Health & Safety, and Employee Wellbeing, driving a positive organizational climate. You'll partner with senior leadership to transform culture and operating models, ensuring policies and metrics support sustained engagement and performance. This is a strategic, hands‐on leadership role at a critical growth moment, offering meaningful impact on people and culture.
