JOB TITLE: PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT E&C; SPECIALIST
BUSINESS LINE: Corporate
DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION: Project Risk Management
LOCATION: Milan, Italy
Responsibilities During the commercial phase and bid preparation: Participate in bid risk analysis and risk review meetings to ensure completeness and consistency of the risk register and final project risk profile.
During the project execution phase: Support the Project Risk Manager and project teams in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project risks; maintain updated risk profile; contribute to risk opportunity estimates and integrate them into economic data.
Check the consistency of the risk register used for the Project Status Report, following established procedures.
Organize and participate in quarterly "Check & Balance" risk register reviews with project responsible and team members.




Assist team in capturing knowledge from unforeseen events, mitigated risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
4–5 years of proven experience in E&C; risk management projects; project management experience and coordination skills preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and risk management standards (ISO 31000, PMBoK).
Soft skills: independent work, problem‐solving mindset, interpersonal skills, effective communication with project teams.
Permanent contract.
