Act as coach and subject matter expert to develop chapter members' competencies
Lead chapter alignment meetings, training sessions and knowledge‐sharing activities
Build and nurture expertise in applications, solution architectures, market segments, channels, and customer value propositions for the Critical Power portfolio
Develop and maintain standards, methods,

tools, and best practices for application engineering
Own and evolve application knowledge, use cases, reference architectures, technical documentation, and reusable solution frameworks
Drive continuous learning on customer needs, market trends, competitive positioning, and segment dynamics
Ensure chapter members identify and communicate customer needs, application trends, and market insights
Promote collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, and other Agile Units
Lead recruitment, staffing, performance management, and career development of chapter members
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or equivalent
Proven experience in Critical Power, UPS, Energy Storage, Power Conversion, or related applications
Strong understanding of applications, solution architectures, market segments, channel dynamics, and emergi
