Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field.
Preferred university background in logistics.
Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics including replenishment, delivery solutions, and inventory management.
Good understanding of capacity planning, supplier logistics, transportation and purchasing.
Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity in direction, frameworks and goals related to suppliers.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
About the job
The Supplier Planner contributes to secure availability for our customers at the lowest possible landed cost. The role leads activities focused on achieving excellence in running logistics operations in accordance with the Category Plan,



leads operational capacity planning at supplier level and develops logistic performance through common action plans with suppliers.
Responsibilities
Take leadership on achieving full customer perceived availability at lowest landed cost and constantly look for business improvements toward these goals.
Ensure suppliers have goods ready in time to fulfill IKEA and customers' needs.
Contribute to identifying the best logistical offer.
Set and maintain regular communication forums with concerned operational supply chain stakeholders.
Contribute in the planning and execution of the best set-up for range changes at suppliers, constraint periods and activities.
