More than just a name, Arabian Oud is an olfactory experience that celebrates the nobility of exquisite raw materials and the art of perfumery. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As the **Store Manager**, you will be the ambassador of our brand and responsible for the boutique in Shopping City Süd. You will create a unique customer experience, lead your team with excellence, and ensure optimal boutique performance. **Your core tasks include**:
**Excellence in Customer Service and Brand Representation**
- Greet and advise customers with elegance, empathy, and discretion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a demanding local and international clientele.
- Ensure an excellent, tailored customer experience in line with Arabian Oud’s values. **Strategic and Operational Boutique Management**




- Take responsibility for sales targets and the boutique’s financial performance.
- Perfectly present collections and implement Arabian Oud’s visual identity.
- Efficiently manage inventory and stock to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to and implement company guidelines and standards. **Team Leadership, Development, and Motivation**
- Recruit, train, and develop the team in line with Arabian Oud’s excellence.
- Foster an inspiring work environment and a strong team spirit.
- Provide regular coaching to enhance individual and collective performance. **DESIRED PROFILE** We are looking for a charismatic and entrepreneurial leader with a passion for perfumery and luxury.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years in a leadership role in the luxury segment, ideally in perfumery, haute joaillerie, or fashion.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in German and English to cater to our international clientele.
- **Leadership & Excellence**: Strong management and organizational skills, with a keen sense for luxury sales.
