Account Payable Associate

**Overview**:
The Accounts Payable Associate will be in charge of: - posting invoices on different ERP (AS400, SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana)
- interact with vendor and colleagues in order to solve any potential issue may arise on any kind of document **Main Activities & Responsibilities**: - Ensuring any document is properly posted according to italian fiscal law
- Ensuring any document is managed with respect to its due date
- Ensuring any document is authorized according to internal procedures
- Interacting with suppliers in order to verify statements of accounts
- Perform reconciliation activities on vendor account balance
- Create Vendor on Vendor Master File **Job Requirements**: - University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law
- A working experience of 2 to 3 years in accounting roles and / or in accounting firm is advisable
- English written and spoken at C level is minimum
- A prior experience in AS400 / SAP is advisable
- Flexible and accurate
- Team player Contract type: fixed term agency contract 12 months
