Posizione Responsabilità del lavoro **Main accountabilities**: - Work for the improvement of the facilities management of the production site in Rome, supporting the HSE & Facilities Manager in developing procedures and control measures to ensure that the activities are carried out in line with planning and respecting qualitative and economic targets. More specifically: - planning of periodical maintenance activities;
- receive and manage requests from internal stakeholders related to maintenance, renovation and facility services;
- supervise maintenance performed by vendors, including periodic shifts during site closing;
- support the team throughout the procurement and order management process, providing technical information for the renewal or new stipulation of service and maintenance contracts;
- contribute to the definition of a new maintenance set-up in light of a future site opening;
- Cooperate with the team in on-going activities, such as Procurement activities and Health,



Safety and Environment Management, with the aim of guaranteeing law compliance and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications Profilo **Professional capabilities**: - Degree in Engineering is preferred
- Previous experience in Site facilities within production contexts
- Knowledge of procurement processes and management of site services contracts is appreciated
- Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 HSE management systems is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Fluency in Italian and English **Personal competencies**: - Problem solving attitude
