- Discover Extraordinary* Every Day._ The impact you'll have- You will support the management of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding)- You will update and archive personnel documentation- You will manage attendance and support time tracking (liaising with payroll and labour consultants)- You will support payroll processing checks- You will provide employee support through the HR help desk once or twice a month- You will draft periodic HR reports (turnover, absenteeism,
etc.)- You will collaborate with various departments on daily HR needs The attitudes and skills we’re looking for- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR field or in an HR internship- Basic knowledge of labour law- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills- Proactivity, confidentiality, and a strong results orientation- Knowledge of the Zucchetti software will be considered a plus Other info:
- Maternity Cover (6-9 months)- You will be based in Caponago.
