Department Overview: What You’ll Do: - Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across fashion-related and operations functions, including key markets such as Italy and Switzerland.
- Partner with hiring managers to support employer branding initiatives, strengthening our position as an employer of choice within the fashion and operations space.
- Monitor industry hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive practices to provide insight-driven recruiting strategies.
- Guide hiring managers through interview best practices, offer development, negotiation, and hiring decisions, leveraging tools such as Workday.
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build a diverse and qualified talent pool in both corporate and operations roles. You’ll Need to Have: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience recruiting for roles preferably within the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or operations sectors
- Experience recruiting in and familiarity with the Italian talent market, including knowledge of local recruitment practices and professional networks
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing We’d Love to See:
- Very good influencing skills and the ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of innovative recruitment trends, particularly in the fashion, supply chain, and operations domains
- A developed network of fashion and operations professionals
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
