Role Description

Homeby is looking for an ambitious and structured Operations Intern to support the management of our property portfolio in Bologna.

This is an internship with the objective of full-time hiring. We are not looking for a short-term curricular internship, but for someone who is willing to grow into a long-term role within the company.





You will work closely with the City Manager and the central team to ensure the smooth onboarding of new properties and the efficient day-to-day operations of apartments and villas already under management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the onboarding process of new properties, including site visits, checklists, material collection, and coordination of professional photo shoots.

• Coordinating and supervising service staff and local contractors, including cleaning teams, maintenance technicians, and suppliers, to ensure apartments are properly maintained and ready for guests.

• Monitoring quality standards across managed apartments and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

• Assisting in communication with property owners and coordinating internally with the Booking, Customer Care, and Operations teams.

• Updating internal management systems and organizing operational documentation.

• Contributing to the optimization, standardization, and structuring of scalable operational processes.
