Experteer Italy is seeking a Global Purchasing & Sourcing Lead to drive strategic procurement initiatives for Motion Technologies. In this role, you will shape global sourcing strategies, scout suppliers, and lead negotiations to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' experience in purchasing or sourcing, preferably in automotive. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Italian is strongly recommended. The position offers international exposure with up to 50% travel required.
