You will combine partner relationship management, commercial support, and business development, while working closely with internal teams and Microsoft-related programs.The role is open to candidates with different levels of experience. the position may include a stronger focus on acquiring new partners and developing new business opportunities.What will you be doing?* Managing and supporting Microsoft partners in their daily business with Arrow.* Building and developing long-term partner relationships.* Helping partners understand Microsoft program rules, requirements, and available opportunities.* Providing updates on Microsoft products, pricing, incentives, and partner programs.* Supporting renewals, commercial offers, and upselling opportunities.* Supporting onboarding of new partners to Arrow and ArrowSphere.* Supporting new partner acquisition and business development, depending on experience.* Coordinating partner requests with internal teams.* Tracking activities, opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups.* Preparing and presenting relevant information to partners and internal stakeholders.What are we looking for?* University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or a related field.* Previous experience in sales support, business development, partner management, customer support, account support, or another
