Tasks
You are responsible for managing, advising, and strategically developing our client relationships
You independently create compelling sales pitches and present them to our clients
You are responsible for the economic sustainability of your client portfolio, with a strong focus on fees and margins
You prepare reports and project evaluations, analyze performance results, and identify optimization opportunities
You manage projects end-to-end, ensuring the internal team is fully aligned on quality standards and deliveries are consistent with agreed timelines and expectations
You develop new sales strategies and actively contribute to improving project workflows
Requirements

You have at least five years of professional experience in sales or client management and consulting in a social media agency
You enjoy creating calculations and reports to identify optimization opportunities and proactively drive growth
You have proven experience in leading client relationships at a strategic level and can navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence
You bring strong business acumen and are able to balance client needs with agency profitability while maintaining long‐term partnerships
You are a true team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
