For our Piacenza (PC) office we are looking for Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist ** Your Role**: The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialis will have to ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods with a view to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. ** Your Responsibilities**: - Management of receipt / preparation orders and direct supervision of the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center
- Use of the internal WMS for routine activities
- Management of complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and definition of improvement actions
- Operate in compliance with the directives received, the approved plans, company and group policies and procedures
- Ensure the regularity, quality and timing of the activities necessary to carry out the fulfillment of orders and the delivery of goods LI-CT2 **Your Skills and Experiences**: - Experience in multi-customer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector
- Time planning even in situations of high stress.
- Resource planning and contingency coordination
- Fexibility
- Team working
- Driver license
- Fluent Italian
