For our office in **Milan,**Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Business Partner Italy Team**.You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the management side of the HR world dedicated to the retail sector! **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?** We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of: - Support in managing recruiting for intern and junior profiles, onboarding, and employee life cycle for the field population;
- Support in managing performance management processes and compensation policy;




- Support in special projects focused on development and performance topics;
- Support in monitoring and planning branch staff;
- Understanding and monitoring the annual project plan and staffing budget. **You are the right person if you**: - Are a graduate student in HR, Economics, or similar
- Speak English fluently.
- Interest in Human Resources.
- Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
