As an **Assistant Store Manager**, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the boutique and ensure that every customer enjoys an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include the following core tasks:
**Excellence in Customer Service and Experience**
- Elegant and discreet reception of customers, in line with the brand's values.
- Expert and empathetic consultation to help customers find their perfect fragrance.
- Building and maintaining exclusive relationships with our local and international clientele.
- Personalized care for each customer through proactive service and tailored experiences. **Operational Excellence and Boutique Management**
- Ensuring the boutique's impeccable appearance,



from fragrance presentation to sales floor organization.
- Implementing and optimizing merchandising in line with Arabian Oud's visual identity.
- Careful inventory management to ensure consistent availability of collections.
- Adhering to and implementing the brand's internal guidelines and standards. **Sales Performance and Promotion**
- Actively contributing to sales growth through subtle, personalized sales strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures and developing optimization measures.
- Supporting the implementation of commercial initiatives and exclusive events that enhance the brand's image. **Leadership and Team Motivation**
- Guiding, training, and motivating the team to ensure consistent service quality and team harmony.
- Fostering a positive dynamic and a culture of excellence within the boutique.
- Supporting the professional development and growth of team members. **DESIRED PROFILE**
We are looking for a dedicated and cultured individual with a passion for perfumery and exceptional customer service.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in a luxury brand, perfumery, or haute joaillerie.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Italian and English to cater to an international clientele.
- **Sales Sense & Excellence**: A knack for subtle, authentic sales and high service quality.
