Experteer Overview As HVAC and Energy Engineer at Arup Milan, you will design mechanical systems and lead energy and carbon strategies for Science, Industry and Technology projects. You collaborate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to align constraints and targets with overall project goals. You will act as project lead engineer, interfacing with clients and coordinating across disciplines, while guiding small project teams. This role offers the chance to shape sustainable, integrated building services within a purpose-driven, globally connected practice.

Responsibilities Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering and energy/carbon fundamentals
Bachelor/Master's degree in mechanical/building/energy engineering
Confirmed experience in the design of mechanical systems
Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit MEP
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Good communication skills for team-based work
Excellent planning and organization skills for fast-paced environments
Proactivity and willingness to take on new challenges
