Experteer Overview In this role within the Process Excellence Center (GRDQ), you will drive innovative approaches to optimize processes and equipment, boosting efficiency and competitiveness in manufacturing. You will work with cross‐functional teams to set up future‐ready processes and identify opportunities for automation and sustainability. You'll stay ahead of trends, source new technologies, and map current processes to define ideal setups by product category. This position offers scope to shape manufacturing excellence in a global confectionery context.

Responsabilità 5 years of experience across R&D; or engineering roles
University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or Engineering
Strong communication skills
Cross‐functional collaboration
English is mandatory
Flexibility and ability to travel
