The Role The Wella Company is seeking a talented National Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth across consumer retail in the UK&I; for our Professional Beauty brands. You will lead the commercial performance of premium retail accounts (including John Lewis, Sephora and QVC) with a focus on OPI. You will manage the full commercial relationships with these retailers,



working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable growth, elevate brand presence, and execute world-class online shopper journey strategies. Reporting to the Associate Director, E-Commerce & Premium Retail, you will support omnichannel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Own annual operating plans for customers, including forecasting, P&L;, pricing, and promotional strategy
Develop and manage annual JBPs with strategic cross-functional partners
Lead annual trade term / contract negotiations
Develop category and brand revenue growth strategies from data and market insights
Collaborate with trade marketing and brand teams to execute and grow retail media plans
Deliver on-time product launches and promotions and maximise opportunities to drive incremental sales
Coordinate with demand and supply chain for accurate forecasting, stock management and smooth ordering
