ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager Retail to lead the human resources management for our sales network. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the retail employee lifecycle, serving as the strategic link between corporate HR strategies and store operational needs. You will be responsible for ensuring management excellence, legal compliance, and talent development to support the growth of our brands across the European market.
YOUR IMPACT
Translate business objectives into HR action plans for the retail channel,



overseeing the implementation of company policies across all points of sale.
Manage industrial relations and complex disciplinary matters, ensuring full compliance with the Italian "CCNL Commercio" and local labor regulations.
Oversee performance management processes and succession planning for Store Managers and sales staff, collaborating with the Training department to bridge skill gaps.
Define and optimize the talent acquisition strategy for retail, ensuring teams are fully staffed and aligned with brand quality standards.
Monitor retail labor costs, analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, productivity), and provide periodic reports to management to support data-driven decisions.
Coordinate and support District Managers in daily people management, conducting regular store visits to maintain a strong connection with the territory.
