Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and maintain observability solutions to improve system reliability and performance within the CTO Italy Operations team. You will work hands‐on to integrate tools, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across multi‐stakeholder environments. You'll contribute to upgrading monitoring capabilities and optimizing operations through data‐driven insights. This is a technically focused position offering impact through shaping observability practices at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to boost observability
Integrate observability tools with existing infrastructure for reliable data collection
Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to spot anomalies and performance issues
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement monitoring solutions
Assess existing systems to identify inefficiencies or obsolescence risks




Support technical evaluation of upgrades or replacements for obsolete components
Contribute to improving system reliability and operational efficiency via data‐driven analysis
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in complex, multi‐stakeholder contexts
Strong written and spoken English and Italian
Solid background in systems, applications, or infrastructure monitoring
Experience with time series databases (Prometheus, InfluxDB, OpenTSDB)
Knowledge of the Grafana ecosystem
Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace
Programming skills with Python
Ability to leverage AI and ML tools for data analysis and automation
