Clarios is seeking a Customer Excellence Professional (m/f/d) in Brescia, Italy to coordinate service processes from order entry to delivery and fulfilment. You will monitor orders via EDI and other channels, set up new customers, liaise with Sales, and drive on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
The role requires 3–4 years in Sales/Logistics, automotive industry experience is a plus, fluent in English and Italian, and strong SAP and MS Office skills.
