If you are able to think and act in a cooperative way, establish a successful collaboration with others, put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions, always strive to provide a service of excellence, aspire to outstanding results, and use your resources sustainably, you are best equipped for us. **DUTIES** As**a** Contracts Specialist**, you will be responsible for providing legal support to internal stakeholders across a range of matters and will manage the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The activities will include (but are not limited to): - Draft, review, manage & maintain Business Unit commercial and contractual arrangements (e.g. sales contracts, teaming agreements, collaborative arrangements, licence agreements, NDAs, etc);
- Identify the contract baseline and highlight areas of potential risk while ensuring timely execution of commercial aspects (payments, claims, orders, etc.);
- Relate to the customers and subcontractors,



facilitating the transfer of information and monitoring the performance of the Agreements verifying compliance with the project’s milestones;
- Manage highly complex documentation, in coordination with all company functions, with different disciplines, in national and international contexts;
- Deal with the screening of tenders calls at international level;
- Deal with the retrieval of the tender documentation on sites or databases;
- Collaborate with internal Teams, such as Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to facilitate contracts approval and execution. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economic field;
- At least 3 years**of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Excellent knowledge of contract management;
- International, cross-jurisdictional experience and exposure;
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent judgement and decision making skills;
- Ability to work in international and multicultural contexts, as well as in multidisciplinary teams;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;




- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Previous experience in the space and defence industries will be considered as a plus;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Autonomy and proactivity;
