The opportunity:
We are looking for a Support Team Lead – SRE II to coordinate a team of 3 – 4 engineers and contribute to the reliability of critical production services.
This hands‑on position combines technical operations with team coordination in an environment based on OpenShift,



microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, and MongoDB .
You will manage day‑to‑day activities with a good level of autonomy , working closely with the Tech Lead, customers, and technical teams on complex issues, service priorities, and key technical decisions .
On‑call availability is required.
Salary and job classification
- Base salary: 38.5K€ – 48.5K€
- CCNL: Commercio
- Ladder: SRE II

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities , priorities, and task ownership, ensuring effective delivery.
- Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalations across microservices and distributed systems .
- Maintain and improve the reliability and performance of applications running on OpenShift .
- Contribute to monitoring, observability, alerting, and post‑incident improvement actions .
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and simplify operational processes .
