Experteer OverviewAs Data Product Manager you own the vision and roadmap for data products supporting Global Consumer Experience growth. You translate data assets into user‐centric tools that empower marketing teams worldwide to act on insights, leveraging AI‐enhanced features. You collaborate with cross‐functional partners to deliver measurable improvements in channel performance and consumer experiences. This role combines product leadership with hands‐on UI/UX oversight for internal analytics tools, enabling faster time‐to‐insight and scalable decisions.ResponsibilitiesDefine vision, strategy and roadmap for growth data products aligned with consumer experience and channel goalsConduct discovery to identify user needs via partner interviews, usage analytics, and benchmarksPrioritize features by impact, feasibility and fit, including AI‐powered capabilitiesEvaluate AI solutions embedded in data products to enhance UX and insight deliveryManage end‐to‐end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, launch and iterationsWrite user stories,
specs and acceptance criteria including AI features; coordinate with Data Intelligence, Platform, D&A; and DBS teamsLead UI/UX development for internal tools (Power BI, conversational BI), ensuring accessibility and self‐serviceAct as primary product owner: present roadmaps, demos, and updates; drive adoption through training and docsCollaborate with growth, activation and agencies to embed products into workflows; partner with DBS & D&A; on scalabilityOversee product governance, quality, compliance; mentor team; define KPIs and manage backlogDefine SLAs, monitoring and escalation processes to minimize data delaysBuild partnerships across D&A; and DBS to balance growth with standards, cost and complianceQualifications6+ years in product management; 3+ years in data/analytics productsProven impact of product innovation on growth in consumer/growth contextsExperience in matrixed organizations with centralized platforms and toolingDeep e
